You Gotta Have Fatih #3

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, when grown men and women around the world pretend to be asleep while Miles Jacobson sneaks into their house, drinks their booze, and leaves a lovely new FM download under the tree. CoxieFM has been trying to build a new powerhouse in Turkey, and Fatih Karagümrük S.K. see their season come to a close. Can they be the seventh ever winners of the Turkish Superlig?

CoxieFM is on Twitter, and the save is on coxiefm.wordpress.com

What We’ve Been Listening To

150 Years of the FA Cup

The highlight of our week’s listening was Phil Annets’ appearance on the Outside Write podcast. Phil runs @FACupFactfile and his spreadsheets can answer any question you could think of about the history of the FA Cup. Here he talks about some of the most important moments in football’s oldest cup competition, and discusses whether the ‘magic of the cup’ is the same as it was in the Premier League era.
